John Lewis A/W 2019 New Collection Launch Party

Few days ago I got the amazing opportunity to be at the launch of John Lewis A/W 2019 new collection party launch at the Westgate in Oxford.  And as you all know for my love of fashion so of course I could not refuse the opportunity. The launch was held at the brand new Westage in Oxford.  After an introduction from the Westgate director, John Lewis manager and the 2 stylists that put all the outfits together it was time for the show. The collection showcase a wide variety of outfit from the city boy, glamour, weekend chic or street style. What really stand out its the beautiful colours and texture that are just screaming Autumn and Winter and also that regardless your age or your body shape John Lewis is ready to accommodate you. We also find out during the presentation that John Lewis can provide, free of charge, Styling service . Talented stylists can welcome you, advise you in all the privacy of a brand new changing room. After the awesome show we were invited to follow all the models to inside the John Lewis's store where canapés, Prosecco and goodie bag were waiting for us along with few beauty treatment , by the brand Rituals that did not go unnoticed. I go the chance to mingle a little bit  withe my fellow bloggers friends and talked to many of the lovely John Lewis staff too.

After a little while were surprised to find out that another venue were waiting for us for more drinks, more foods and more music. We did not had to go very far as on top of the John Lewis store, at the Westgate Oxford, top floor we found the amazing KuPP, a Scandinavian restaurant , with an amazing terrace view were ready to welcome us! I was quite impressed by KuPP style, as you can expect very Scandinavian vibe (everything that I love basically) so imagine, soft colour, wood, industrial retro lamp and everything else in between.   Also KuPP have a in-store shop and I basically wanted everything!! What about the food? We were very lucky to be able to taste a wide variety of Scandinavian food from Smoked Pork Meatballs, Fiske, Board (smoked mackerel croquette) , but also smoked salmon, Nordic Skagen Prawns, a wide selection of rye breads, and different type of burgers along with many other yummy dishes,  all excellent ! I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant is in the heart of Oxford for it's delicate and tasty cuisine, if you fancy trying something totally different. During the evening we were also very kindly gifted 2 others goodie bags from MAC and Westgate Oxford. We were totally spoiled all evening with food, drinks, dj and gifts. I mean what more to ask really!? When is the nest fashion show? I guess S/S 2020!
