Spring is here and with that, I have for you a few beauty skincare tips to start off Spring ready. So put away your wooly hat and gloves as it's time to show off your beautiful skins, ladies, gentlemen, and non-binary peeps.
1-Exfoliate!Use a gentle exfoliating scrub, once or twice a week, to remove dead skin cells and stimulate renewal and make your skin look smoother and rosier.
When showering I highly recommend using the Love Sunshine by Nivea. For two reason one for the beautiful Nivea Sun Scent that just smell funny if you know what I mean and this product is 99% made of biodegradable ingredients, so what is not to like?
2-Time to Eat Fresh. In Spring we are more inclined to eat fresh fruits and vegetables not only they are healthy but the more colors there are on your plates the more vitamins and minerals will be contained and you know they are all the good stuff for glowy skin and a healthy lifestyle so embrace those colorful vegetables and fruits to the full.
3-Sun Protection.SPF is your best friend as you all know, not only do you need a little SPF all year round but even more when it is sunnier and we spend more time outside. I recommend using the Hight UV Protection Q10 Anti-Wrinkle by NIVEA. I have been using this cream on a daily basis for months and it's definitely one of my fav. For many reasons really the nice consistency of the product, the lovely scent, the non-greasy and super absorbent cream, and the SPF that it contains. I no longer need an SPF and daily cream when this product contains all in one. Highly recommended if, just like me you are in your 40s for the extra protection this daily cream will offer.
4-Put Your Best Foot ForwardEnjoy the fresh air now that warmer days are here now. Just a short walk or a little exercise will help boost energy levels all the good stuff for glowy skin.
5-Hydratation.Of course, we all know the benefit of hydrating yourself but what about your skin? What about this NIVEA Gradual Tan Moisturise Firming + Radiance. I mean sounds like a match made in heaven. Moisturiser and a light graduate tan. I tried it last year and I love the subtle tan that this product gives nothing crazy just a light tan and most of all a lovely moisturizing and glow. what is not to love?
